What are the rates of your services?
See the prices page for details. Special discounts and promos as advertised on Facebook or site. Regular customers often receive discounts as well as referral discounts. Prices are for initial proof and 2 edits. Additional edits or changes subject to additional charges depending on project.
What type of warranty do you provide?
The goal is always for 100% satisfaction. All customers are given a final proof for approval before ordering. Any changes made after your approval will result in additional charges if order was already sent for print. Innovative Designs is not responsible for lost/undelivered mailed orders nor the condition of package once mailed.
What is a typical turnaround time for an order?
Please try to request your project 2-3 weeks prior to event. Generally, I am able to get an initial proof within 24-48 hours depending on when submitted. Final production depends on final approval from customer, submitting for print and either delivery or pickup. Funeral programs are completed and delivered the day before services or sooner depending on notice given but always in time.
I'm out of state, how can I order?
I've done several projects for out of state clients. The only differences are no in person consultation and the additional shipping fee. All communication can be done via email, text, facebook messenger and/or phone call. Proof gets emailed/text, once approved order will be shipped directly to you at flat rate or if you just need an electronic image for posting/sharing the final will be emailed.
